Refund policy

1. Returns and Replacements

Eligibility for Returns:

You can return or request a replacement for a product within the following conditions:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Expired product delivered
  • Damaged product delivered (including physical damage, tampered packaging, or any other visible defect)
  • Incomplete order (missing items from your order)

Return Process:

Raise a Request:

  • If you receive the wrong or expired product(s), raise a return or replacement request within 7 days from the delivery date.
  • For damaged or missing products, raise the request within 2 days of delivery.
  • Submit your return request  via the Chat option on our website.

Request Review:

  • We will review your request within 2 working days.

Product Pickup:

  • If your request is approved, we will arrange for a pickup of the product by our courier partner.

Self-Shipping (if necessary):

  • If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, you will need to ship the product back via a reliable courier partner. We will reimburse your shipping costs in your HerbAush Wallet.
  1. Product Verification:
  • Once the returned product is received, it will undergo verification. If the return is approved, we will initiate a replacement (subject to stock availability) or a refund.

Conditions for Non-Acceptance of Returns/Exchanges:

  • Products that have been openedused, or altered.
  • Missing original packaging (e.g., mono cartons, labels).
  • Return or replacement requests submitted after 7 days from the delivery date.
  • Damaged or missing items reported after 2 days from delivery.

Return/Replacement Timeline:

  • Our courier partner will pick up your return within 5-7 business days.
  • Once the product reaches our warehouse and passes a quality check, your refund or replacement will be processed.

2. Cancellations

You can cancel your order at any time before it is “Ready to Ship”.

How to Cancel:

  • Log in to your account and go to the Order Details page.
  • Click on the Cancel button, provide a reason for cancellation, and submit the request.

Our Right to Cancel:

  • HerbAush reserves the right to cancel any order before shipment, with or without prior notice to the customer. We may also request confirmation from you (via phone or email) before processing your order.

3. Refunds

How You’ll Receive Your Refund:

  • For Prepaid Orders: Your refund will be issued to the original payment method (e.g., bank account, credit/debit card) within 7 business days.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: You’ll be required to provide your bank details for the refund. Once received, we will process the refund to your provided account.

Refund Timeline:

  • Cancelled Orders: Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 7 business days.
  • Returned Products: Refunds for returned products will be processed after the product has been received in our warehouse and passes the quality check. This may take up to 2 weeks from the time of pickup.

4. Partial Returns

Yes, you can return part of your order. If only specific items from your order are eligible for return, please follow the steps above for each product.
